3. Use in TV and Radio broadcasting (France & Europe)

In the context of linear broadcasting:

  • public channels

  • private channels

  • audiovisual groups

  • national or regional networks

The use of works may be covered by existing agreements between broadcasters and collective management organizations (e.g., SACEM, GEMA, GVL, etc.).

In this case:

  • the broadcasting license is generally included in the broadcaster’s framework agreements,

  • no additional billing applies from WildKeys Music,

  • a declaration of the works used may nevertheless be required for documentation purposes.

It is the responsibility of the broadcaster or producer to verify their reporting obligations.

4. Use in digital productions and online platforms

For exploitations in:

  • YouTube content

  • OTT platforms

  • social media

  • websites

  • web-only productions

  • podcasts

A specific license may be required depending on:

  • the nature of the project

  • the duration of exploitation

  • the territory

  • the audience volume

  • monetization

Certain non-monetized productions may benefit from adapted terms.

5. Advertising and commercial communication

The use of WildKeys Music works in:

  • the medium

  • the project’s profile

  • potential exclusivity

Prior written authorization is mandatory.

6. Streaming license via the platform

Streaming via wildkeysmusic.com constitutes:

  • a listening license

  • non-exclusive

  • non-transferable

  • non-assignable

Streaming does not allow for:

  • extraction

  • reproduction

  • redistribution

7. HD Download

HD access is granted:

  • only to authorized users

  • for professional purposes

  • within a specific contractual framework

HD downloading does not authorize:

  • redistribution

  • resale

  • making available to the public

  • publication on open platforms

WildKeys Music reserves the right:

  • to track downloads

  • to suspend access in case of abuse

8. Territorial license

Unless otherwise stated, licenses may be:

9. Exclusivity

11. Legal guarantee

WildKeys Music guarantees that it holds the necessary rights for the exploitation of the works offered within the defined contractual framework.

Any exploitation outside the authorized framework is the sole responsibility of the user.

12. Declaration of works

In certain cases (TV broadcast, radio, institutional exploitation), a declaration to collective management organizations may be required.

It is the responsibility of the user or broadcaster to comply with these obligations.

13. Specific requests

For any request regarding:

  • specific licenses

  • international exploitation

  • exclusivity

  • advertising synchronization

  • musical adaptation
